The Hotel Bermuda Palms was located on 737 Francisco Boulevard, San Rafael. The hotel was developed by Irving Whitney Litchfield in 1949 and had a restaurant and ballroom. The Pepperland Ballroom, also known as The Euphoria, hosted talented acts including Duke Ellington, Janis Joplin, Pink Floyd, among others. It also was featured in the movie Blood Alley. The hotel is now a Motel 6 that still retains its original name, Bermuda Palms Hotel.
