Cademartori's, Super Italian Cuisine, was an Italian restaurant in Monterey, California, more specifically San Juan Bautista. Some patrons noted that it had delicious cannelloni. Many advertising ashtrays like this would give directions to the business and this one directs patrons 5 miles east of Monterey on the Salinas Hiway. Some of the earliest evidence of this restaurant dates back to the 1930s. Its exact address was 412 Pacific St. Monterey, in Casa Serrano. The building is now a banquet hall for the Mission.
