Blair House Ashtray Wall Art

Looking into the Blair House proved to be a bit difficult as many historical buildings were built or dedicated to Blairs. From the ashtray itself, we know that address is 445 North Rossmore and it is located in Los Angeles. Assuming the address has not been changed, a new apartment building sits at there, known as Windsor Hancock Park. An article from the Los Angeles Times, published on January 18, 1999, talks about the building as a luxury high-rise condominium on the Wilshire Corridor. The Blair House had a pause in its development between 1980 and 1988 because a lack of money from investors to finish the project.
